Job Description

Specific responsibilities in this role include:

1. Providing strong presence and leadership on the sales floor, leading the team and driving excellence in service standards to exceed client expectations.

2. Driving performance targets on a daily, weekly and monthly basis, identifying weak areas of the business, missed opportunities and areas for growth.

3. Championing the brand and its ethos internally and externally to create an enduring brand that results in increased sales, loyalty and market share.

4. Working closely with all parts of the company to ensure that the brands commercial goals are met.

5. Relay strategic and operational feedback to company's Retail Operations Manager and key management team with a view to maximizing efficiency and profitability.

6. Assist with the planning of deliverables for specific sales periods and oversee their implementation.

7. Act as the brands primary point of contact for the stores senior management, maintaining relationships through charm and excellent interpersonal skills.
